Checkedsafe has been rolled out throughout the highways business for our light commercial vehicle and HGV fleet that we currently operate. With complete confidence in the system, moving forwards every new Keir Group vehicle will be assigned to Checkedsafe so all drivers will be able to carry out electronic checks across all Kier Fleet not just Highways.

The solution

Checkedsafe has worked tirelessly with our transport Managers to produce templates and improvements to the system to meet the needs of our business within Highways with very few blockers. The objective was to introduce a system that reduced the administration burden, improve compliance and repair time, reduce paper records and consider the environment and our carbon footprint, we now use an electronic copy instead which is saved in the system. Innovation and technical know-how have been key to this project and Checkedsafe has demonstrated their expertise throughout the implementation.
