CheckedSafe named as Fleet News finalists

Published on 09/02/16

We are delighted and very excited to announce that Checkedsafe are finalists at the upcoming prestigious Fleet News Awards in the Best New Product or Service category.

Now in their 28th year, the awards recognise the best people, companies and vehicles in the fleet industry nationwide. This year’s ceremony is on the 10th of March at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

We are very excited to be part of the awards, at the first time of entering. The competition is very stiff and “David and Goliath” springs to mind when you see the other finalists.

There are three steps to winning. First you must enter and pass a strict criteria. Second you must be shortlisted by the judges. Third you must convince the judges that you are the best. The process is tightly monitored by awards chair Christopher MacGowan and auditors Deloitte, to ensure only the most worthy companies win in their category. The judges are drawn from experts across the fleet sector, including fleets themselves, and they give up hours of their time to scrutinise the entries and take part in the judging days. It is for that reason that we are so pleased to be recognised in the category that we are finalists

It really is fantastic to be a finalist in such an illustrious competition and we are grateful to be afforded the opportunity to go for this award. We take such pride in every aspect of the business and it would be wonderful if that hard work and dedication was nationally recognised. We won’t find out the results until the evening of the event so we’re keeping all of our fingers crossed!
