Manchester Airport have been using CheckedSafe since 2020, they initially began using our software to complete vehicle checks on their fleet. In July 2023, they started using us for driving licence checking as they felt it was the natural progression to use the same company for the driving licence checks. Here’s what they had to say:

Vehicle Compliance

From an initial meeting we were able to outline the exact criteria we would need within each check. We found the CheckedSafe App to be extremely flexible resulting in the ability to check not only the main pre driver checks but also to include any equipment carried within the vehicles and driver declarations. The initial setup was very straight forward, CheckedSafe required the details of our drivers and vehicles which were uploaded onto the system, from there the management of this information can be carried out through the main CheckedSafe webpage by the transport managers at the airport.

Driving Licence Checks

We found the driving licence check facility easy to setup and use. The driver mandates are uploaded via the CheckedSafe App, making it paper free and extremely quick. Within the website there is a “Licence Check Dashboard” which gives an instant overview of the status of the drivers who maybe High Risk or Medium Risk. This could be due to the number of points accrued or the licence maybe nearing it’s expiry date. From the Dashboard we can review the driving licence details determining if there are any problems. Information critical to any business with a driving operation.

We have found CheckedSafe to be an extremely user friendly platform which delivers everything we require within a driving operation. It is extremely flexible in regards the information which can be included making it bespoke for each individual business. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate. Any corrections or updates we have required have been carried out quickly and with ease. The customer support has been excellent throughout the setup process and beyond.
