As the year draws to a close, we’ve introduced new functionalities to the app and back office that are set to significantly streamline fleet management and improve your compliance monitoring.

What are the new paperless compliance app features?

• Vehicle Excise Duty tracking:

Keeping track of VED renewal dates is now easier than ever. Our new feature allows you to view the expiry dates directly in the Vehicle List View, ensuring you’re always ahead of key compliance deadlines. This feature is particularly useful for fleet managers who need to maintain a clear overview of their fleet’s legal standing. 

• Weekly and monthly email summaries:

If that wasn’t all, you can stay updated with regular email summaries that highlight any vehicles with upcoming MOT and VED expirations. These summaries also include information about operator driving licences and other essential documents. It’s a proactive approach to ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

• Repeat bulk notifications:

Communication is key in fleet management, and our new Bulk Notification feature now streamlines this process beautifully. Now, you can set up scheduled repeat messages to be sent out automatically. This means less time spent on repetitive communication tasks and more time for strategic fleet management.

• Trailer MOT lookup enhancement:

Additionally, we’ve refined our Trailer MOT Lookup feature to ensure accuracy and efficiency. By using the Vehicle / Equipment ID field, the system now correctly identifies the MOT status of trailers, a critical aspect for many of our users who manage diverse vehicle types. This feature is clear to view across the platform and also notifies the App user on a 30-day countdown.
