Fleet innovation of the year 2022
The Supply Chain Excellence Awards are an annual event designed to celebrate outstanding achievements within supply chain management, by recognising companies across the UK that set the benchmark for supply chain best practices and excellence.
We are thrilled to be announced as the winner of the ‘Fleet Innovation of the Year’ award at Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2022.
Transport supplier of the year 2019
The category was open to suppliers of equipment and services to the rail, light rail, underground, bus and roads sectors. Entrants need to demonstrate the transport benefits accrued from the use of their products and services e.g. decreased crime levels, increased efficiencies, better integration, improved reliability etc.
On awarding CheckedSafe the Judges commented:
“CheckedSafe has been chosen as the Transport Supplier of the Year for app it has created to carry out the mandatory and legally required daily walk round checks. We are impressed at how the app is delivering real efficiencies in more ways than one.”
CIHT / DfT technology award – commended
CheckedSafe were commended in the Technology Award which was sponsored by The Department of Transport and the judges commented that “CheckedSafe demonstrates that technology does not have to be necessarily new, but should be about solving problems and developed with a real focus on user needs. Getting approval from key agencies for the system demonstrated a clear holistic approach to implementation.”

Burnley’s prestigious sponsorship funded Business Awards ceremony is organised by Burnley Council to reward and celebrate the entrepreneurship and achievements of our local businesses. We were thrilled to be announced as the winner of the ‘Innovation of The Year’ award at Burnley Business Awards 2017.
UK digital innovation of the year 2017
We’re delighted that we’ve won the prestigious ‘UK Digital Innovation of the year’ award, at the The Leasing Life Awards 2017, held in Amsterdam. We won the award due to our innovation in the Leasing sector. Our solution was recognised as benefitting both Lessor and Lessee. The Judges were impressed with the simplicity of the solution together with the forward thinking innovation.
New horizons award 2017
We added yet another prestigious award to the trophy cabinet after winning the coveted Gold Award in the “New Horizons Category”, at 2017’s UK Bus Awards. Over the years, the UK Bus Awards has played a key role in raising the profile of buses, bus drivers and the industry generally, recognising and rewarding the achievements of bus industry staff and inspiring others with the examples set by the winners.
